1. About activation and support delays:

If you not have answer after long time (amount 8-10 hour) - please use Backup Support mail for contact with DBS Studio. If possible - dublicate mail from free Google Mail service (some free mail servers listed in global spam-list and mail from this servers cannot be delivered to DBS Studio mailbox).


2. Note for users, that have mailbox on free mail servers like Yahoo!:

If you use web-based mail for activation - use Offline way of activation (that save request into text file) and send activation request file as attach.


3. About crash simulator on start activation procedure:

On some software configuration need install VC2005 SP1 runtime from:

4. For compatibility with Flight Simulator X Acceleration Pack after installation DBS Walk And Follow please install Walk And Follow Patch.

For Flight Simulator X with Service Pack 2 (Standart or Deluxe) patch not needed.

Please describe on Subject string product name (WalkAndFollow, VarView, Profile Radar), and on top of mail body write name/mail/date/order number, used when purchasing of product.
For activation must be used mail from Support page instead of IGFly address.

In file <simulator folder>\DBS\Dbs.WalkAndFollow.ini in section [Common] change parameter IgnorePOV from 0 to 1
